Mens 5 JB Tennis have had to withdraw from Men's Division 5 due to a lack of players. All games against them in the division have been declared void. Ladies Division 5 Regrettably, Bucken "D" have had to withdraw from the division, leaving only 6 teams, each now only playing 5 games. If teams in this division would like to play additional games, it may pay to contact teams also without a game during the same week and see if they would like to play a friendly. Looking at the fixtures, if each team agreed to this two additional matches could be played. However, some agreement would have to be made with regard to which team hosts the friendly. |

2010 League Fixtures now on website Season 2010 fixtures are now available on the website. Clubs have been posted fixture schedules for all their matches in the Mixed, Mens and Ladies leagues. Individual fixture lists have also been prepared and sent to all clubs with the divisional schedules. |

On-Line Fixture Recording Service Following last season's successful trial, the on-line fixture recording service will be continued in 2010. This will save clubs having to post the match card in following each game. However, match result cards must be completed as normal following the conclusion of the match and be signed by both captains. Scorecards must be kept until the end of the season in case of dispute. |

2010 Don Brace Cup The 2010 Don Brace Cup draw has now been made. 16 clubs entered this season's competition. The losers of first round matches will be placed in the Plate competition. The home and away status for all remaining rounds has also been drawn. |

2009 AGM The 2009 Annual General Meeting took place at Huntingdon Tennis Club on Thursday 26th November. Kath Marshall was re-elected as Chairperson, with all existing Committee members also being re-elected. No changes were proposed to the league fees for the 2010 season. Trophies were presented to divisional winners in the Mixed, Mens and Ladies leagues. |
