A number of service providers are using pop-up blocking software that also block Micromedia Flash animated media, which has been used to create the menu system on this site.  If you are unable to access the menu system, often shown by a mouseover message saying "active script blocked", then you need to check the security levels on your service provider and unblock "animated media".  If you are unable to find out how to do this on your service providers software, then try a search such as "(your service providers name) unblocking animated media".

 AOL fix
If you experience the above problem on AOL, mouse click on "Safety" on the top toolbar.  From the drop down menu click on "Web Pop-Up" to open the Pop-Up Control Settings panel.  Click on the "Animated Media" tab at the top of the panel and then on the right side of the panel click on the Option button at the side of "Allow all animated media".  Then press the "Save" button.  Access the website again by entering "http://www.hptennis.org.uk".

If this has not activated the menu system on the site, try mouse clicking anywhere on the site and then pressing the F5 button to refresh the page.
